Lean Construction Principles

Saturday, Oct. 26 or Sunday, Oct. 27

Session 1: 7:30 – 10:30am
The Last Planner System Overview

Attendees will be introduced to Lean Construction concepts, means, and methods. Attendees will learn to identify waste, inefficacies, and how to increase productivity.

Session 2: 11:00am – 2:00pm
Pull Plan and Weekly Work Plan

Field crews will learn how to implement pull scheduling, create a look ahead plan, and a weekly work plan. This Session will allow attendees the ability to practice the application of creating a weekly work plan. Audience: Recommended for Field Foremen, General Foreman, and Superintendents. (Pre-requisite: Session 1)

Both sessions will be presented by Rebecca Snelling, National Director of Lean Construction, JE Dunn, and Eric Snelling, Director of Field Operations at JE Dunn Construction.
