Administration of Benefits Plan

BeneSys is the Third Party Administrator employed by UA Local 393 Union’s Trust Fund to administer the Funds and their Plans through a comprehensive Benefit Office. The Benefit Office is available to serve members and participants in person, by phone and via the website.

YOUR Benefit Plans

UA Local 393 and our signatory contractors govern the following joint Labor-Management Trust Funds comprehensive benefits:

Health & Welfare Plans

  • Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Hearing Aid, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability

Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan 

Eligibility rules for employees as well as qualified retired employees, signatory employers and eligible dependents of all of the above are governed by applicable Plan rules.

After you set up an account this will give you secure access to your benefits information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Call or Visit – Call (408) 588-3751. The Benefits Office is open from 7:30 am PST until 4:30 pm PST Visitor capacity is limited to two (2) persons at a time per Santa Clara County guidelines. Masks are required for entry. Appointments are available but not required.

Here are some quick tips to get to the right person. 

  • Call (408) 588-3751 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm PST Monday through Friday and press 2 for members. Then press the number below associated with the department you need.
  • If you call outside these hours, you may leave a voicemail.

Once you login, the website will refresh with an additional “My Benefits” tab on the top navigation bar. Click on this tab and it will list your personal fringe benefit information: your personal benefit elections, work history detail, claims status and more.
