Dear UA Local 393 Sisters and Brothers,

We will be holding our November 2021 Regular Union meeting on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 5:30 pm. This will be held in-person at the union hall (6150 Cottle Rd, San Jose, CA). We will also be streaming the meeting via Zoom. However, the Zoom portion of the meeting will be non-interactive. You will be able to see and hear the meeting via the Zoom platform, but if you want to actively participate in the meeting, you must attend in-person.

The in-person meeting will be limited to 120 people on a first come, first served basis. So, I suggest you register for the Zoom meeting in case the in-person meeting is at capacity when you arrive or you are unable to attend in-person.

Registration for the meeting via the Zoom platform will end Tuesday, November 9, at 5:00 pm. Please register with your UA card number on the link below:

We will be implementing protocol for this meeting. Please follow the protocols listed below when entering the meeting hall:

• Union cards will be required to attend the meeting.
  • If you do not have your union card, you must provide your UA ID number.
• Wash your hands at the hand-washing station.
• UA Local 393 staff will take your temperature before entering the meeting hall.
• Face coverings are required at all times while attending the meeting.
  • There will be face coverings available near the entrance of the meeting hall.
• Complete the wellness / temperature check form and sign the liability release waiver.
  • Note: If you do not complete the wellness / temperature check and sign the reliability release, you will not be allowed in the meeting hall.
• No food or drink will be allowed in the meeting hall.
