Dear UA Local 393 Sisters and Brothers,

We had a Special Called Meeting on Wednesday, July 21, 2021. At the meeting the membership voted to ACCEPT the most recent Last, Best and Final Offer from NCMCA and UMIC (Northern California Mechanical Contractors’ Association and Industrial Contractors – UMIC Inc.) and the contractors they represent. Because of this, the STRIKE HAS ENDED.

The first year raise in the contract we ratified at the ratification meeting held on June 9, 2021, is the same as the first year raise of the contract we ratified on July 21, 2021. So, the allocation we voted for at the Allocation Meeting held on June 10, 2021, is still valid.

Below are the wage increases in the contract ratified by the membership at the Special Called Meeting held on July 21, 2021.
