Dear UA Local 393 Sisters and Brothers:

We will be holding our October 2021 regular union meeting on Wednesday, October 13, at 5:30 pm. This will be held in-person at the union hall (6150 Cottle Rd, San Jose). We will also be streaming the meeting via Zoom. However, the Zoom portion of the meeting will be non-interactive. You will be able to see and hear the meeting via the Zoom platform, but if you want to actively participate in the meeting, you must attend in-person.

The in-person meeting will be limited to 120 people on a first-come, first-served basis. So, I suggest you register in case the meeting is at capacity when you arrive, or you are unable to attend in-person. Registration for the meeting via the Zoom platform will end Tuesday, October 12, at 5:00 pm.

We will be implementing protocol for this meeting. Please follow the protocol listed below when entering the meeting hall:

• Union cards will be required to attend the meeting.
  • If you do not have your union card, you must provide your UA ID number.
• Wash your hands at the handwashing station.
• UA Local 393 staff will take your temperature before entering the meeting hall.
• Face coverings are required at all times while attending the meeting.
  • There will be face coverings available near the entrance of the meeting hall.
• Complete the wellness/temperature check form and sign the liability release waiver.
• No food or drink will be allowed in the meeting hall.
