Dear UA Local 393 Brothers and Sisters,

Happy New Year!  We are looking forward to seeing you at our first general membership meeting of 2022!

We invite all of you to join us in welcoming and congratulating our newly elected UA Local 393 officers, delegates, and committee members at our in-person general membership swearing-in ceremony meeting on Wednesday, January 12, at 5:30 pm. 

The meeting will take place at the hall, 6150 Cottle Road, San Jose, CA 95123. A non-interactive Zoom option will be available; see below for information.

Entry to the Hall   

Prior to entry into the hall, EVERY person MUST complete the COVID health screening. Please do NOT enter the hall for any reason until you have followed the below protocols:         

• Arrive with a face covering. Face coverings MUST be worn at all times fully covering the nose and mouth.  
  • ABSOLUTELY NO food or drinks are allowed in the hall.
• Wash your hands at the hand-washing station.
• Take your temperature at the hands-free device.
• Complete the liability release waiver
• Present your UA card. If you do not have your card, you must present your UA ID number, which we will verify.
• Remain socially distanced throughout the meeting.

Note: If you do not complete the wellness/temperature check and sign the liability release, you will not be allowed in the meeting hall.

Zoom

A non-interactive Zoom option will be available for those who register by 5:00 pm Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

Note:  The 393 officers, the organizer, the political director, and the member advocate will not be presenting reports to the membership.
