Expanded Voting Access!
In order to expand voting access due to COVID-19, Santa Clara and San Benito County voters can access any voting location in your county. Santa Clara County has about 100 Vote Centers and San Benito County has four polling places.
Vote centers & polling places are open for four days
from Oct. 31st – Election Day on November 3rd.
You can vote in person.
You can securely return your paper ballot.
If you missed the voter registration deadline, you can do same-day conditional voter registration and voting.
